Most of us (as small investors) realize that usually we get the small end of the stick.  And most of us, by now, realize that to profit from the game you MUST get in early ----- as Digger and a lot of others have done!

For myself, (as are a lot of you)  am voting NO for whatever good it will do for us smal investors.   BUT, that said, you always need to know what we are up against ;    BIG MONEY !
