Low volume expected... ...until the cut-off date. The big money will flow directly to Ortsbo through the private placement and will likely not be used to buy INT shares. We will indirectly benefit from this as the more money going into Ortsbo, the more likely Ortsbo valuation will be higher and therefore, INT's equity in Ortsbo will worth more (but will be more diluted at the same time). I doubt that we will get a significant press release regarding Ortsbo until the private placement is done (aka blackout period).
I strongly think that volume will be very thin for the next few weeks:
1) See above for smart money;
2) Current INT shareholders will likely not sell their shares as things are finally unfolding; and
3) Day traders will definitly get bored with INT and will trade other stocks.
Good luck people.
