RE: RE: RE: Bondt46- Posted this Let us hear it, miner 8740, if you know something we don't or something the company do not want us to know, Let us hear it from the grape vine as long as it's factual no one will dare raise a figure against you or your miner friends. We already know from experience that when it comes to projects there are a lot of loose ends and when managements make projections or forecasting from their ivory towers, top down, that is, and not on consensus they usually screw up badly. Lacking "hands on" experience and being fearful of being found out by their subordinates within an organization, they make more stupid mistakes by isolating themselves and relying on their inner circle friends until one day they are all coming crashing down from their ivory towers.Notorious of this approach are the French and the German managements who they don't hide their contempt of the front man in the field and they come top down instead of using consensus in the decision making process. The Anglos and the Americans are more open and they get feed back from the men in the field and thus minimizing error. So if you know something, please by all mean let us hear it because it's not right to only raise suspicions and leave us hanging high and dry.
