Thanks Colt. Your last post clarify a lot except confirmation of 26 million change from 36  range

I will try to search article which explain proforma proceed changed from 36 to 26 range. So far I am not able to find that.

Keep us posted for any further progress and news. Its painfull to see loosing money and sorry if my post created any problem for anyone. I am a common investor like most of you ....
