Gold1214, It's true, the facts I provided are "Old News"---that's why I placed the date---but even if the information is one month old--the facts have not changed. 

It's true, that "near-term" price targets change, but these targets are not based on the value of the firm, but on the price the stock should reach within a specific time frame, usually the next quarter.  If a stock get's beaten down by market over-reaction, the analyst will adjust his target price.  note: Analyst are usually optimistic with forecast.
