The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Did I read the following the My 8.2012 news release properly.?

 

“Prophecy is currently paying export royalties based on a government-set benchmark coal price which is nearly 3 times higher than the Company's actual sale price.

 

Also, if

 

“Prophecy's Ulaan Ovoo mine has become the largest independent supplier of coal to Mongolian power plants, “, then why doesn't Prophecy consider interesting the Mongolia Power companies to build a mine to mouth PP at Ulaan Uvoo and supply them Ulaan Ovoo coals?
