That's why Futura is focusing on the automotive sector which represents one of the largest consumer categories in the US, which includes auto dealers, auto service centers and parts distributors.

Here's an interesting study on social loyalty and how frequent flyer programs will have to embrace it. Maybe extend the idea to the auto sector. People can get reward miles by recommending a dealer or an auto service center to a friend.
