ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE: gold

RE: gold

There appears to be no limit as to just how stupid the herd can be - which means that its hard to know just how low things can/will get before the herd reverses direction - or perhaps the herd will just decide to jump over the cliff and pack it in. That it life with the herd whose IQ is about at the level of actual beasts. I could never have imagined such outright idiocy that I am seeing in the mining shares as I have seen these past few months. That said, here is a link to one of the best commentaries on the metals I have seen in a long time. Read it. Its an quantifiable eye opener that suggests ominous things will happen in the metals markets in the near future.
