Some thoughts Most companies in this industry and this size are valued at 6 to 7 x cash flow so significantly undervalued in the $6 range. Sold my interest at $8.33 per share because for the first time in awhile it was in that range. Good mix of oil and NGL's so should be worth more. Unfortunately the Pengrowth cash flow of $.31 per share in Q1 translates into a value of $7.44 at the low end which is where it is today so with the NAL shareholders receiving only I think .87 of a Pengrowth share in exchange for their shares no wonder that NAL shares have dropped well below their true value. Glad I got out before PGF announced their Q1 results.
