RE: RE: RE: Air Resources Board Executive Order

Moose etal,

You are missing the point.

You are not going to be able to sell this if unless:

  • Customer knows your device ain't going to wreck their perfectly running machine.
  • Besides you saying this will reduce your emission, as tested by your buddy at ACME GARAGE. You have to take your device to an INDEPENDENT test facility. That is recommended by one of the worlds most strictest air pollution legislated government. That would be California.
  • Said California government will evaluate the results and let you know if it's thumbs up or down. Will you be able to sell your widget in the state of California with your claims.
  • Will your results be significantly measurable against national and international standards.

So what has this news release proven:

  • YES Mr. Customer you put this DEVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE IT WON'T wreck your existing air pollution system on your machine!!!!
  • By the way Mr. Customer. We had this tested against out standards and you can read the results. We found the results are verifiably correct. (the chart showed the device reduced emissions significantly beyond our recommended levels) CARB published the chart of the results. (hit the link in the press release. It's pretty straight forward to read)
  • Mr. Customer. this company can sell this device in California as they advertise, with the said benefits for Detroit 12 diesel for model year 1998 - 2002.
  • Mr. Customer we CARB are satisfied with this device and it's claims.

What this should do for the customer is give them confidence to buy this device. It WONT WRECK YOUR MACHINE. BUT IT ALSO REDUCES certain POLLUTANTS BEYOND CARB AND EURO requirements. And this can be legally sold in California!!!!

I guess I now know why your baffled BULL MOOSE. IS that you I hear asking:

"How many of these engines are out there"?

Yes I would be baffled to figure how many DYA can sell. And what the stock price is going to be.

As you lay down on the hay tonight MOOSE try not to tie yourself in knots as you try to figure it out. (...twist and turn...)

Yeah that's all they said.

GLTA the longs
