Peter if you were guaranteed to get in on the  second leg it might be worth it  especially if you firmly beleive that we are going to hit above .30  before the warrant expires. That's one of the  big risks as we have never seen anything happen in this industry very quickly  so the chances of the warrant expiring is 50/50. The second risk (assuming as you say you have plenty of stock already )is you will need to trade some of your existing shares to buy the PP and  right now the liquidity  of this stock is abysmal . Any attempt to  sell decent volume  into this junior will take it down very quickly. The bids are not very impressive just now.  However if  you have spare $$  then maybe it's a no brainer  @.22 so the real question is what is the minimum buy order to get in.
