RE: A ROLLBACK IS JUST THE COMPANIES WAY

RE: A ROLLBACK IS JUST THE COMPANIES WAY

Points International successfully did a rollback Jan 2011. But then they did it from a position of strength.

Rollbacks are most often associated with junior exploration companies and that's where the method gets its bad name. Because by then there are no exploration property assets and no way to raise money. Resignations are common at this time also. The stock becomes a shell company. A good percentage change their company names along with the rollback.

At least Futura will not change their name. They will have to ask themselves, is the current car dealership marketing program the best way to acheive optimum results. No sign-ons for a while. Nothing this past week. That's my concern for the moment, moreso than any rollback. They keep repeating the 130 car dealership milestone,  which is great... good job, but what happened to the momentum since?

A few of my tomato plants started well also, but now are drooping and have vanished out of existence, back into the soil they came from. I think it's damp-off or a fungus at work.
