RE: financings in the junior mining sector

RE: financings in the junior mining sector

Well, let's see what options Standard Bank can come up to make suggestions to VTR management with regards to Kiaka project financings.    From that mineweb article, royalty companies will most likely look for companies that have completed bankable FS which is currently not VTR's case.....    which brings to the question - is VTR currently conducting/doing full FS on the Kiaka project?  and from the company presentation, will it be completed by Q4 2012 or Q2 2013?   Project timeline says Q4 2012 but wording says Q3 2013?    So, from now until then, does VTR have enough $$$ to carry through to the completion of the bankable FS?   And when will we hear from Standard Bank's suggestions on project financings?

.

On another note, I said it before.... It's funny how market has changed.... now everyone is talking/keying on Kiaka South drilling results as if VTR is doomed if results from the Kiaka South come up short?!   while previously, they invested in VTR for Kiaka Central and other properties?!  They were even looking for 3mil oz in Kiaka only, and now 5mil is not enough?!  Crazy, isn't it?   Who is driving these crazy thoughts?   The big houses?

.
