I have a question for the Guys who own this stock. Is this the time to buy this stock at around$3.30 ?

Macquarie raises target to  ( $9.25 from $ 8.50, )  a triple, if they're right. I just saw the rating today and I'm thinking about buying some.  I would appreciate your opinion, thanks, Cheers, Roy.
