Voting Circumstances

Voting Circumstances

Just thought I should offer a thought: IMO shareholders should all still vote no to both asset sales, then allow Betsky, Sprott, and Stratton to use their large block to swing the vote as needed to maximize our returns. I 100% trust the large shareholders - if shareholders all start voting differently for MWS or EZ we lose cohesion, this is something that cannot be allowed to happen, because it was this very resistance to the asset sale that drew the new 0.37/share offer.

By voting no to both asset sales, Sprott, Olma and Stratton can use their 41 million shares to approve or reject one or both of the MWS and EZ asset sales.

Oh, and management, you guys bring corruption to a whole new level. We have a conditional offer of 0.37/share, and you are still protecting your friends Gold One. Get your dirty paws out of their pockets and actually counter bid Kumvest for at least 0.40/share, exert some pressure on AGA to increase their offer, and bring shareholder payout to 0.50+. It should not be difficult. But it would require you to act more intelligently than a single celled organism - a feat you have been unable to pull off since you began running the company into the ground.

Ill be here on Monday!
