Reality is that the Kelso journey is well over a decade... even 15 years! And so, a couple of years for a conservative railway industry, to benefit 'in-house' themselves, is easy and simple to do. Wait two years, and make profit. That gives them time to set up a manufacturing process knowing they will essentially manufacture and then sell 'to themselves'. Their own orders (to themselves) will finance production. And during this period, Kelso shares will languish, as options will push down share price, and there will be continued dilution at 10% per year. Like I said, the only thing I see that can possibly change this environment is if Kelso removes that 10% dilution rule.
If the picture your painting was really on the wall, there would be a barrage of Kelso product orders. And there's not.
Hoping for good results for the company, but you need to be realistic.
