Hey Top, I believe that there is definitely something going on with TGZ.  The stock has seen a steady decline from $2.20 to $1.70 in two weeks with nothing but positive news prior to that.  I expect some news as early as this week on TGZ. Their investors are probably also wondering what is going on.  They might go after OLE with a low ball bid that will at least establish a minimum value for the company. OLE probably knows this and will probably reject it which may lead to other, higher bids. How is that for a wishful yet very possible scenario. All  just my opinion.
