The OSC vs the investor
The OSC vs the investor >Now, about professional short-sellers and the stock market regulatory institutions in connection to them: I believe these two to be intimately connected – they work in tandem. The professional short sellers and the likes of them are what they are; all through this Planet is blanketed with this types. However, the agencies such as the OSC that suppose to be protecting the standard shareholder/investors, is a matter altogether different. In my view, these are the most unprincipled institutions.... In that, the people who govern these organizations are not only overconfident beings, they are excessively well paid professional hypocrites. While on one hand they (these guard-dogs) assert that they are there to protect the markets and the stock market investment community who invest in companies with the intent to see their investment flourishing out of the companies' successes, on the other, they, the OSCs of the world conduct themselves very differently.... Blatantly, they (the stock market regulators), not only enable short sellers to go about undisturbed with their 'normal' schemes of short selling, but, allow them or some of them to go on the prowl with intentions to jump on a company victim whenever they spot a vulnerable situation somewhere they think would get away with.... I imagine most companies have a little innocuous thing to hide. <
Sounds like you're saying that the OSC exists primarily in order to deceive the normal investor into believing that he is being protected, so that he will more readily trust his money to the criminal community of professional market vultures.
