Take a look at what GSR is doing and realize POP has up to 20M shares of that deal.

GSR MCAP is $22M

POP MCAP is $11M

POP is a lo-cost cashflowing company plus the GSR shares.

It is undervalued just on the arbitrage alone.

What more reason do you need?
