I suspect it isn't anonymous who is making them gun shy, the events of yesterday are a pretty good reason. I'm sorry but what half way intelligent person could misunderstand that NR? 60 extra days? Why would anyone think that? First posters gripe about no NR telling us of the ten day delay, then when WOF issues such a NR and then chaos ensues.
