Today's news is unfortunate but if they want to do any other work outside of the RB C zone, this has to be funded by the company itself.  We are the mercy of timelines in this situation.  Until the FS gets released and the project is approved by XDIP, there are no funds that can be transferred to AXI (40 million in this case).  If this step had happened already, AXI would not be worrying about raising money.  So do you sit on your hands and do absolutely nothing or continue to work on the non-RB projects in the hope of attracting further partners down the road.  But dilution does suck...
