3.2 M traded. Seem to be a large discreprency between the 2.

 

TD Waterhouse displays consolidated quotes from all exchanges and ATS'. You can get free quotes at stockwatch to see the volume for each ATS (Alpha, Chi-X, Pure, etc...)
