RE: RE: Market not Impressed As I had said earlier, because of the Kyrg political cr..ap recently, the market has become more cautious with Stans. Also effecting it is the other cr...ap from mainstream media that the world's economy is in trouble.
Thus the Sp will have trouble moving substantially (even with the PFS) until Stans starts producing (operations of plant 3 will do this) and the political risk is calmed with the private/public agreement. Then it would start moving.
After the BFS (not PFS as someone posted earlier that David said the PFS will not contain economic figures.), the market will start moving substantially (maybe the $ 3.00 above range or closer to BK's forecast of $5.00 by the end of the year).
Then when the market realizes that the world is actually growing (hence a great need for HREE) the SP will turn parabolic in movement.
Schmid , a basic calculation as you requested :
Earnings would be $500.00 per kg (based on the poster's basket price of $550.00 per kg) after production costs.
Someone had earlier posted that in a release Mackay had talked about 3,000 tons p.a. at full production.
Thus, earnings would be $1.5 billion. Hence at current 150 Million shares, a SP of $10.00 will be only 1 x P/E.
So don't scoff at Danalo when he says $60.00
However, as I have been saying all around, we will only see the true value of Stans SP in late 2013 to 2014 with full value maybe in 2015 (it has been predicted by real geologists like BK ,and not that Lifton clown, that China and the world will be in acute shortage of HREE in 2016 onwards).
So cheers everyone and hang in there.
