I'm not an expert when it comes to their market, but I think looking at a company's margins can tell you a lot about their product, as well their ability to compete with future competitors.

With gross margins hovering around 50% and net margins hovering around 20% over the last 5 years (with improving margins over the last 3 years), this tells me as an investor that clearly they can demand a premium for their product, meaning they are probably not a "low-price substitute".  Also, with a 20% net income, there is quite a bit of room before being squeezed out of profitability by future competitors.

This is just my two cents.

As for the sellers, I'm not sure, as I dont see a lot of downside from the current SP.  However, this is a microcap, which means more irrationality.  This could be an incredible buying opportunity, but there is always great risk with microcaps as I have learned in the past.
