good to see a deal made.  looks like a takeunder not a takeover.

 

played them many times with good gains since mid 90s.  this last spec of shares in the 1.10s for a takeout or gold and silver going back up along with market sentiments better....well, markets sure have smashed many names and takeouts are going to happen a lot.  make your bets.
