Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

The 7/20/12 PP Presentation?

The 7/20/12 PP Presentation?

Who is the “PE Sponsor” with the 29% interest as referenced on page 24 of the Corporate Presentation of July 2012 for the 600MW Chandgana Power Plant?

Originally, I thought Prophecy was to be the 50% to 51 % owner. Does it mean that Prophecy will not have to put up funds to get a 20% interest in the Power Plant? Does it mean that Prophecy's assistance in getting the project rolling will secure it a 20% interest in the Power Plant, but be responsible for providing ~$70 million to bring in the Chaandgana Tal Mine and supply the coal? See page 27

And most importantly, will Prophecy hold control of for the future 3000MW Plants?

If so, things look much better than the present share price, as their will be time, even in the worst case to sell nkl.v shares ifat all necessary.
