The company is being shelled, it's not overly complicated - essentially Baja is losing a massive amount of equity for pennies, but I think that as soon as the Koreans receive more equity from Stage 1 than shareholders are given the option of receiving "x" amount of compensation. After Stage 2 Baja will essentially cease to exist. 

 

Don't quote me on that though, I'm a somewhat dispassionate observer in concern to BAJ and my DD somewhat reflects that.
