Waiting for the other shoe to drop!

Waiting for the other shoe to drop!

I am just waiting for Mordy & Company to do one of those famous Russian backroom deals with a couple of the hedge funds or mutual funds that own large blocks of HRG in order to get him to the needed 90%!  How many shares does he need to get to that level?  What if he offered "consulting contracts" or "success feed" to those block shareholders?  What would it cost Mordy to give an extra $1 per share to those dudes, in a "legal" way [succes fees do not look to be illegal and who is to know, and who would have the $ & b@lz to sue? How would anyone prove it?].  Sure would be cheaper that paying $2 per share to the entire block of minority shareholders.

.

never under estimate the power of the backroom deal....
