Behr how much more simple can I put it to you.  A FS is an independent study that is put together by an independent body.  This independent body tells AXI that they excpect the FS to be released by this date...this is what the company goes by.  If a company needs to provide an update to the shareholders/public, what date do you want them to go by?  It's the only piece of information that AXI can communicate.  If there are delays on the part of Tetra, how can the company influence that?  Does Ginger pick up the phone and say you promised me XX date and you better deliver on XX date? I guess he could but do you think the size of a company like Tetra is going to care about what AXI wants?

Here is a simple analogy.  When you build a house, the builder/contractor tells you that you are going to move in on January 1....that is the date you go by and that is the date you tell everybody you are going to be moving in.  I can tell you over 90% of the time, that date never materializes because of one or several issues.  Now if we are sitting here 3 months later with no FS, then you have every right to be upset at the company.   And how do you make a statement like a non-spin positive one.  There is no lying or sugar coating a FS...again it's an independent body that is publishing this document and there is no way they are gonig to put their careers on the line to make John look good.  The results will be the results and they will be simple and easy to understand.
