PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

You don't have all the facts to judge the value of the Poynt Racing arrangement, there is corporate image, brand building and consumer discovery to consider. Management must see value there or they would not have done it. Ever consider the racing may have assisted Poynt with China ?, I believe they ( partners ) like the look of having a western flair yet still influence their community and people with their very own values and message.

For right now seems silly to carry it on full fledged, hopefully we do see changes in this promotion, the #41 car missing the full wrap clearly displays Poynt on it so it does look like those changes are occurring.

China is Poynt's gateway to Asia, to be able to enter China with such great partners as CYL with their membership, corporate, political and mobile industry connections having them entrust Poynt as Canadians with this venture is large and sends a message that they can deliver on new tech in a hard markets to enter due to differences in culture. There are other markets that can appreciate this accomplishment I am sure.
