RE: Primate
RE: Primate I think the biggest takeaway from that release is to see that Edge, now possessing 20 sections of Primate acreage, is now going to pursue pay in a low cost,, low risk but with a quick and high rate of return scenario. Buying two additional sections for $60 K is phenomenal. Ask yourself if TBE has amassed 10-12 sections now producing 2000 BOE/d on these lands why would they not spend say an additional $300-$400 K to double there position there? To date they have spent say $550 K per well to drill the 30 on line or app. $17 million to get these 100 + boe/d wells into production. Sounds like that scenario is even more compelling than spending $88 million to purchase 1920 boe/d from Avalon. Yet again the Avalon buy includes taking TBE's land position from 225 K acres to over 400 K and that includes an inventory of drillable heavy oil turf targeting 480 meter depth/100% W.I. wells plus another 5+ mmboe reserves. Either way I'm encouraged. TBE is being aggressive. They are being proactive and they are building something special. I'm already convinced the firm has an over $1 billion market cap, growing reserves, fat inventory and a potential higher NAV. The market might not recognize this but I do and I'm all in. Definitely see more upside than downside going forward.
