The present process is to force the long term shareholders to sell their shares into the hands of a couple
of brokers and risks speculators in order to have most of the shares own by people that would be happy to sell at $1 (and 100% profit). The others would then be forced to sell at the buyout price.
By the way, Huss inherited quite a mess well hidden by his predecessor.
