RE: How is Sprott an advisor?

RE: How is Sprott an advisor?

I haven't posted here in years but this deal today made me get back on a BB.

What you fail to realize is that Cormack, the advisors to WFE, while now at arms length from Sprott, was initially a spinoff of Sprott.  No that doesn't smell fishy at all!

I've got a call into the ASC.  There is no way a top quartile performing company like WFE should be selling to a bottom quartile company like GO for 57% of it's Net Asset Value.

At worst WFE should called off the process and got back to work. The staff have been blacked out for nearly 8 months.  Think about how they would be buying into their own company now.  We'd have been at $6/share in 1-2 months.
