It will be interesting to see where things go with respect to IR with Dian Griesel on board. She ceased working with Investor Relations Group back in April and the company was apparently sold in February; however, she has held a separate company "The Investor Relations Group Inc." for over 15 years and remains at the helm from the sounds of it. She lists herself as the "Founder", but does not identify her current function (CEO / President / etc.).

I checked out a couple of the web URLs associated with DGI, but they all currently come up with the same result - Under Repair or Being worked on. That includes dgicomm.com which is the domain associated with the email address for the IR contact in the news release. I also checked out dgicom.com, which does also appear to be correct (it is Dian's) and there was also a URL called IRGnews.com that redirects to the same web site as dgicom.com

While my understanding is that Dian is capable and connected, it is a little disconcerting to have just hired a corporate communications company with no apparent functional web site of its own. I hope this will be corrected shortly and that it is not a sign of unresolved issues. I do intend to ask. I do also have some connectivity to Dian and will be looking into what she brings to the table a little closer and will update accordingly.
