One of the more vacuous statements I have heard - there is no correlation between the price of oil and the market sp on oil companies.  You might want to moderate that claim somewhat.

For the moment, GO is trading at 1.75. On the exchange rate of .4167 WFE ought to be trading at $4.20. It is around $4.08.  Discussion seems to suggest GO is inferior and WFE better so why the persistent discount?
