No ones is a fan of the CTO. As a long, i'm annoyed they didnt get it right the first time, but its all speculation right now until the report comes out. The updated, BCSC approved report will be a good thing when the resouces are the same. If that is indeed the case, along with some Good NR during the CTO the SP wont drop to .60, there is no chance in hell. IF it does(which it wont) it'll bounce up shortly after.  JMO
