Agreed.  Great posts orrzee.

 

Spoken from a first hand perspective.  Not too many can relate to that.  There are many who are hopefully awaiting the Raven to open, so they can raise their families and give back to the community. 

 

Responsible progress.  Nothing wrong with that.  atb
