[S] I neglected to put the date of the NR.. my apologies. In addition to your speculation, I would also speculate that due to difficulties with the protesters that mgnt has arranged a sale of EXN to a larger entity. Or even more water?  The elephant as you suggested, The recent decline in PPS could be insiders/relatives moving to the sidelines in anticipation of negative news??
