They ran out of money a long time ago. They have been living on borrowed money for the last year or so. Without any kind of effort to cut down on their high adminstrative expenses.

The more I think about their NR from May 17th the more I wonder what these boys are smoking these days. Does it seems likely to anyone here that they can raise 3 mil dollars in the market and at the same time get rid of a debt of 2.7 mil dollars by issuing more than 81 mil more or less worthless shares? Right now you see companies with far better prospects struggling to raise just a few hundred K. It sounds totally unrealistic to me. Anybody got any comments?
