Woulfe has left investors almost completely in the dark about what has been happening with the IMC deal since it was originally announced! That is why every update since then confused people, from the extended DD to the someday financing from that point. The big denbenture (dilution) offering (cancelled) and the PP offering dilution caught all long term investors off guard after years of Brian saying he would avoid dilution as much as possible. With IMC's deal in theory around the corner(any week now), is this dilution a way for Brian to stuff his friends and family's pockets at the expense of those of us who dedicated far more time and risk into this venture or is IMC deal more uncertain?

Personally Im glad they fell under the radar of regulators for miswording in their releases and hope the security commission keeps a close on woulfe for any illegal insider activity such as the huge Dundee purchase.
