Comparison To Talison Lithium

Comparison To Talison Lithium

Hey everyone, it's nice to see the rise in our SP. I'm very happy to have picked up 50K shares at .095, would have preferred my fill of 150,000, but that's the market, you can't always get what you want! I also would like to point out the day I posted about that wall being put up through trading meaning one thing; news upcoming.....which I was correct! Lol, it's just nice to be right for a change lol.

So I've wondered for a long time, Talison Lithium just got bought out at $6.50/share, and is it possible to compare the early stages of CRE to the early stages of Talison? I couldn't find much online, so I sent Talison an email and received a reply within 2 hours (today, holiday Monday - what service!). So the report is very large. There is a lot of stuff packed into the report. Cre's most recent report on their site is also very detailed and large. So I simply decided to see if I could find an estimate from Talison of an NPV and compare it to ours. I successfully found it......

-Talison's NPV at an 8% discount rate is $816 Million - Projected 22 year minelife

-Cre's NPV at an 8% discount rate is $488.4 Million - I can't remember our projected minelife, but I think it's close to 22 years + or - a few years. Someone will clarify this at some point down the road.

So if you take these numbers at face value, you would then derive CRE being worth $3.89 once we have a mine. However, I will add some things:

1) BNT owes us money, and we have shares in BNT, which who knows, maybe have a 1 in 100 chance of doing something with their property.

2) BC properties have some findings, and potential room for exploration and further findings.

3) We have other "Critical Elements" on our property that maybe as Goodtoreadthis suggests, if we find the technology to seperate, we could have more value to our company.

4) Price of lithium is increasing and demand is going up. Some could argue this is built into the price, and I agree, but we haven't started producing yet, and Talison has, therefore our overall amount of lithium will have sold for more money then theirs, just because they were producing when the prices were lower.

5) If you look at the Rose project, there's much more property that can be drilled and explored. There is a lot of future potential for increased tonnage of lithium, tantalum, beryllium, and cesium.

6) What's the deal with our gold property? Do we own it, or do we just have a gold claim that could expire soon? If we own it, it's worth money, just in the real-estate side of things. Land is worth money, but I never hear anyone talk about it, so I'm not sure what our deal with that property is.

The company that said we are valued at $1.53 fair market value was good. However, they failed to mention anything about Tantalum. We have a lot of tantalum, so I'm not sure why they didn't factor that in. They talked about the gold property! Weird.......

Lastly, there are a lot of great posts. Some people say they are going to sell soon, which I'm not sure why you would as there is a lot of news upcoming as per my conversations with JF and JSL. Thanks to everyone's fine contributions, and it's nice to see some new posters. This board is awesome, I thought about buying some INT the other day because of the recent PP and new 52 week low, so I decided to go read the bullboard, and it is quite honestly pathetic. I've never see such a stupid forum. People here do their due dilligence, and most things said are backed up with facts and articles. I really believe we have a strong group of shareholders and our company is absolutely on the right track. I do think CRE is a buy from here on, and am excited to see what the next 6 months bring. Way to go guys,

PS - If anyone wants Talison's compliant Technical N1-43-101 Report, private message me and give me your email address and I will forward it to you. At this point I'm going to stop reading it, and if you want to take a look and post more on it, feel free! Cheers,
