RE: RE: Comparison To Talison Lithium

RE: RE: Comparison To Talison Lithium

Thanks Pecuniaphilia, great post as well. Your post made me decide to find a couple more NPV's of lithium companies......here we go,

Talison Lithium - price $6.50 - NPV = $816M @ 8% discount

Canadian Lithium Corp - price
.60 - NPV = $190M @ 8% discount

Nemaska Lithium Corp - price
.39 - NPV = $184M @ 5% discount

Lithium Americas - price $1.02 - NPV = $738M @ 8% discount

Western Lithium - price
.14 - NPV = $552M @ 8% discount

Rodinia Lithium - price
.15 - NPV = $964M @ unknown

Critical Elements - price
.155 - NPV = $488.4M @ 8% discount or $651.8M @ 5% discount.

*** So all things being equal (which obviously they are not), CRE is an EXCELLENT buy right now. Very undervalued according to the other comparisons. I like Pecuniaphilia's post because we are probably closest to CLQ in terms of progress and stage. We are 1/3.5 the price and have much more lithium. There are also some other good lithium buys out there. Lithium Americas at $1.02 has more lithium then Talison and is 1/6 the price. Western Lithium is in the same boat as us, similar numbers and similar price, and Rodinia Lithium has a crazy NPV value with a similar price to us. Not sure why they aren't higher either. ***

The thing is, there's a lot of different things factored in. We have a minelife of 17 years (thank you for getting me that answer), and an open pit mine. This means low cost. I'm not sure about the other companies if they are open pit or not, but I would assume that purity and cost to start the mine is factored in to some of these companies who's price is low. I think we are way ahead of Rodinia and Western Lithium with our progress. So comparing us to them for now is similar to comparing us to Talison (as it's relevant, but not as realistic). Also Nemaska has a price of
.39 with a $184 NPV at only 5% discount rate! Cre blows them out of the water.

We are closest to CLQ, and like Pecuniaphilia said, hit over $2 earlier this year/last year, and dropped on a lawsuit scare. So hold onto your hat people. All my opinion but there will be good times ahead...........

Cheers,
