Purchase will only enhance the project.  Will potential off take partners want to wait?  I doubt it very much.  The longer they wait the more they will pay.  As the project is derisked the price goes up along with the competition for our production.  

I still see one or two players signing off take agreements in exchange for project financing.  BFS may be only cursory in nature as I feel thesel players will have made in house decisions regarding risk.  

Furthermore Liberty is not buying shares blindly.  If anyone has good information it is Liberty.  That is good enough for me.
