2020 I thing it's a done deal. EKP will have only 6ml shares of the new CO.. and we all know wired is doing extremly good up to date.. wher's the value of wired .. 75% of the pie is in luxmatic or exlux soon on the other hand having EKP is win win from the wired view :-)
