What I don't understand is how a company can spend close to 20 years exploring and not be producing.

PEC and Mohave are the same company now.  Combined 20 years of exploration in Portugal.  This company is not just born in February 2011.   It's like the old prospector sitting in the bar saying "I know there is gold on my claim, I've been digging for 20 years and it's closer than ever" 

The only reason it went up from 7 cents to 18 cents is the result of pumping from Danny previously and today and also on the speculation of the drill bit.

3D seismic has been around for 13+ years.. this is not new science.

I'm curious about the 2D section of the 3D volume.  The resolution is the pits.  I wonder what they used for spacing and who processed it.  The frequency content looks awfully low for next generation 3D processing. You can see the faulting and salt dome but this seismic section looks old.
