You're right Funkster. 12 cents is not likely.  There are people fwho follow these things and jump in when a company puts itself up for sale.  The price would not be  3.5 today if anything near 12 cents was a possibility. If they were to successfully drill the 2 wells in MG and the HZ at Roncott .......we could talk about 12 cents .  But if they sell it today as is.....they get 4/5 if it's just MB and 6/8 for the whole thing.   I don't believe you can use production as a part of a formula to determine value.  It's about proven reserves and land holdings. A company with 250 Boe/d and not much in the way property will go for much less than a company with the same production but a lot of property to sell.
