Two cash strapped companies. Great

Two cash strapped companies. Great

If tata took a non-exclusive license, that would mean that mojobil is not making the batteries, you wouldn't need a license if you are buying batteries from that supplier. Likely tata could have anybody in China or themselves make the batteries and not infringe since tata took a one time, lifetime license.  How much cash???Anything would be considered substantial for an almost bankrupt Norwegian company, and Electrovaya whose cash position is less than 3-4 million.  I don't like the deal. Why doesn't tata which owned over 70% not just retool the plant and make indica car batteries?? How long before mojobil runs out of money???
