In the pre-feasibility study, do they mention anything about the approximate cost of getting the property into production?

I surely see a takeover target for this one.  Looks like there isnt any exploration going on in the property in the last couple years.  Main focus is on the other property.  

What are your thoughts on the takeover price?  I can see a 10 cent/share takeover with the current downside of the mining sector.  As it probably the company will probably be near bottom for the next few years.

 

Also the stock is heavily issued.  It would be impossible to attract an investor with over 200 million shares issued.
