Interesting discussion....

If we do a PP to raise our shares outstanding to approx. 800,000,000 we can free ourselves from this debt and apply our earnings to increasing production or more importantly drilling and increasing our resource to unlock the huge potential of NWM but....

Share dilution increases our market cap considerably pricing us closer to what we are worth...our value as shareholders disappears with the PP...furthermore high shares outstanding in a microcap scares away new investors.

If we roll over the debt and keep dilution down our shares hold there value...but debt may paralyze the speed in which we develop our resource and production.

I'm leaning towards debt rollover...once you dilute the stock to that degree there is no turning back unless you do a share consolidation which we don't even want to get into. Let's pay our debt off with profits and grow our production and resource slowly and efficiently.

The quality of the deal made by management will be the ultimate decider. Let's hope our new consultants have the shareholders best interests in mind.
