Marathon Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. RB...a 25MM share PP at this time is ridiculous. It would be a 50% dilution and completely inappropriate for a property which is advancing very nicely with each new program. MOZ needs only $4 to $6MM to go to the next level at VLake. One step at a time when it comes to financing will provide current shareholders with the best return and without any delays in getting to the end goal. Right now LPond is not going to need a lot of $'s spent to deliver the Qt4 43--101 and the prospecting program with associated drilling has the potential to deliver many positives without spending big bucks. Maybe they will need some more $'s for GChest soon, but this too has to be carefully timed.
